How long does shipping take?

We offer fast and secure shipping. Orders within the US usually arrive in 5–7 business days. International delivery times may vary.

Do you offer gift packaging?

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack our ceramics with great care, but if your item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
